How this
actually goes.
No mystery, no discovery-call maze. Five stages, and you can stop after any one of them. The diagnostics are free. The sequence is the method.
Stage 1 — Diagnose (Free)
The Blind Spot Audit, the AI Readiness Assessment, or both. Specific findings, quantified where quantifiable. You leave with them whether or not we ever speak again. This is the only reasonable basis for a real proposal: someone looks at your actual business first.
Stage 2 — Solutions Consulting Session (Paid)
We sit with the findings and map each one to a specific fix. Not "we can help with that" — this finding maps to this remedy, at this scope, in this order. If capital timing is the real obstacle, we address that here rather than pretending it isn't the issue. For companies large enough to need it, this is also where we scope the Operating Model Map.
Stage 3 — Modernization Package ($25,000–$50,000 · Roughly 4–8 Weeks)
Four things get installed and handed over: intent capture that surfaces buyers already researching you, outbound sequences that run on documented rules with deliverability safeguards, agent employees handling intake and follow-up on a defined clock, and reporting that tells you what happened without anyone assembling it.
You come out with a revenue system that runs and reports without you — and a documented, lender-ready modernization case if you intend to finance the investment through an SBA preferred lender. Enhanced Profits prepares the case. The lender makes an independent credit decision. We are not a lender and we do not finance the engagement.
Stage 4 — AEO / AI Visibility Remedy
The AI Readiness Assessment showed you the discrepancy between what AI tells you and what it tells a stranger. This is the work that closes it: your business, your expertise, and your proof, structured so the answer engines can read them, cite them, and recommend you — and monitored continuously rather than checked once a quarter.
Stage 5 — ChatGPT Ads
As the AI platforms open advertising, we position you as an early, well-placed buyer — before your competitors know the inventory exists.
Together that's one AI visibility and acquisition system, not five services on a menu.
Start with a free diagnosticThis is a narrow
practice, deliberately.
Every engagement gets direct architectural involvement, which caps how many run at once. So the qualification is real, and it's mutual.
You're likely a fit if…
- The business generates real revenue and still can't run a full week without you
- You think in systems and ROI, and you've been pitched "AI will transform your business" enough times to be immune to it
- You want the mechanism explained, not the outcome promised
- You're weighing growth, an eventual exit, or both — and you want the decision engineered rather than left to timing
- You can move on a decision in days, not quarters
- You're building for something beyond yourself
- You own more than one company and no two of them report the same way
You're likely not a fit if…
- You want a marketing tactic rather than a structural change
- You want the technology layer installed without the design work underneath it
- The honest goal is a lifestyle practice that stays exactly the size it is — a legitimate goal, and not what this is built for
- You need certainty before you'll move, on a problem that is by definition uncertain until it's diagnosed
- Someone else's readiness is the reason you can't start
- You're shopping for a platform and a price, and the architecture is the part you'd like to skip
If you're not a fit today, the diagnostics will tell you that, and they'll tell you what would have to be true for that to change. That's a real outcome, and it's free.
